Who is JAG Bio Labs?

JAG Bio Labs is a specialized supplier of peptide compounds, focused on providing consistent, high-quality products for laboratory, academic, and professional research environments. Our goal is to offer a reliable and streamlined purchasing experience, supported by dependable inventory and clear product information.

Once an order is submitted, it goes straight into processing, which means we’re unable to make changes like adding or removing items. If you need something additional, we recommend placing a separate order. We’re always here if you have questions!

Most orders are processed and leave our fulfillment center within 1–3 business days after your payment has been received and confirmed. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

Once shipped, the posted delivery timelines for domestic USPS shipping methods are structured as follows:
  • Priority Mail Express®: Overnight to 2 days
  • Priority Mail®: 1–3 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage®: 2–5 business days
Shipping Disclaimer: We strive to ensure every order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. However, once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s operations and conditions beyond our control. Delays caused by weather, carrier service disruptions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery timelines. We appreciate your understanding and recommend using the provided tracking information to follow your shipment’s progress.

You may return, only products that are damaged, defective or unopened, unused and resellable products, within within 10 calendar days of shipment with valid proof of purchase, for a refund or product credit. If there is a problem with any product you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product or we will not be able to know if it was stored correctly or broken after delivery. In rare cases we might offer a product credit if the situation is relevant. If we have agreed to refund or credit you for a product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or damaged item). We do not offer any refunds on any of our Private Labeled products or White Label (No Label) products once a label has been placed on the product due to them being consumables and unsellable. All product returns must be accompanied with a written statement detailing the reasons for the return and a copy of the appropriate invoice.

Storage & Shelf Life

Lyophilized (Unmixed) Peptides: Generally stable for 1–2 years when refrigerated (36–46°F / 2–8°C) and 1–3 years when frozen (-4°F / -20°C or colder) when stored properly and protected from heat, moisture, and light.

Reconstituted Peptides: Generally recommended for use within 4–8 weeks when refrigerated (36–46°F / 2–8°C). Stability may vary depending on the specific peptide and storage conditions.

Bacteriostatic Water (After First Puncture): Recommended for use within 4–6 weeks after first puncture when stored properly. Always use sterile technique when handling.

Unopened Bacteriostatic Water: Typically stable for 1–2 years or until the manufacturer’s expiration date when stored according to label instructions.
